Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Direct inquiries and coordinate community services

• Track package deliveries and manage visitor protocols

• Support event planning and scheduling as needed

• Participate in safety and emergency response protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum one-year experience in a comparable role

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to address challenging situations tactfully

• Computer literacy and ability to manage information securely

• Willingness to work flexible shifts
