Based near Revelstoke, BC, this full-time seasonal role supports the Lodge Manager and enhances guest services through leadership and administration. You will actively engage with guests, oversee staff, and manage a variety of lodge operations. The position combines unique experiences with responsibilities that require dedication to both safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Lodge Manager in daily hospitality operations
• Lead and mentor staff for enhanced guest experiences
• Communicate effectively with team and guests
• Assist with scheduling and inventory monitoring
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lodge policies
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in hospitality, travel, or tourism
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within hospitality
• Food Safe and Occupational First Aid certifications
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Point of Sale and office software
