Summit Property Care, located at Golden, BC V0A 1H1. The company is currently looking for applications for the role of Cleaner. We are in search of a self-disciplined individual with outstanding interpersonal skills. The selected applicant will be required to join and take on their responsibilities at the earliest. • The candidate must sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• The candidate must dust furniture.
• The candidate will be responsible for vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
• The candidate will be responsible for making beds and changing sheets.
• The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• The candidate must stock the linen closet.
• The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• The candidate must disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• The candidate must handle and report lost and found items.
• The candidate must provide basic facility information.
• The candidate will be responsible for picking up debris and emptying trash cans.
• The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.
• The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• The candidate will be responsible for washing the windows, walls, and ceilings.
• The candidate must clean the changing rooms and showers.

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate should be dependable.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate should be organized and flexible.
• The candidate must be capable of acting independently and taking the initiative.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
• The candidate must be honest.

• The candidate must undergo a driver's licence validity check.
