The Guest Service Agent represents the hotel’s first impression and supports guests throughout their stay. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, arrange transportation, and resolve concerns. The position uses front desk operations, customer relations, accounting practices, and conflict resolution skills. A positive professional image and attention to guest needs are essential.

• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Issue room keys, pamphlets, and discount cards
• Answer inquiries and arrange guest transportation
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change
• Monitor reports, cash, keys, and unresolved departures

• One year of preferred hotel front desk experience
• Two-year apprenticeship in front desk operations preferred
• Strong accounting practices and principles knowledge
• Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• High proficiency with Opera or Opera Cloud
