In this pivotal role, you will facilitate HR operations, ensuring effective management of employee inquiries and documentation on HR SharePoint. Key functions include supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and collaborating on HR policies and training. You will provide essential support to managers while overseeing an HR Coordinator, enhancing team dynamics and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Handle personnel documentation and inquiries in HR Share Point
• Advise on employee performance and disciplinary matters
• Assist with OHS Committee functions and safety policies
• Participate in HR policy development and implementations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR preferred or a relevant field
• 5+ years in human resources role with managerial experience
• Chartered Professional in HR certification or plan to obtain
• Knowledge of Indigenous organization practices is an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of HR compliance and regulations
