Become an Expert Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with Insight Global, starting in a part-time capacity with potential full-time opportunities. Engage in enhancing Oracle Cloud HR modules and processes.

This role offers a 12-month contract with initial part-time hours, ideal for candidates with 7–9+ years of relevant Oracle Cloud HCM expertise. You'll utilize your deep knowledge of Core HR and related modules such as Absence and Compensation to deliver valuable insights and system enhancements. Support daily HR and payroll operations while implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules

• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams for implementation

• Perform fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering

• Troubleshoot and support system configurations

• Ensure ongoing support during system releases

Requirements:

• 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle HCM

• Hands-on with Core HR and Compensation modules

• Skilled in requirements gathering and analysis

• Experience with payroll processes and integrations

• Strong capabilities in testing and troubleshooting
