We are in pursuit of an experienced Technical Specialist with a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM US Payroll. This role involves managing payroll processing activities, ensuring tax compliance, and designing payroll reports. You will work closely with both business and technical teams, enhancing payroll processes to deliver quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support configuration of Oracle Fusion Payroll components and Calendars

• Oversee payroll processing including Retro Pay and Quick Pay

• Maintain taxation and compliance for federal and local levels

• Develop and modify payroll calculations and eligibility criteria

• Design integrations with Benefits platforms and third-party vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields

• At least 5 years experience with Oracle Fusion HCM

• Proven expertise in payroll configuration within enterprises

• Knowledge of US payroll legislation and taxation constructs

• Strong ability to validate compliance and prepare documentation
