Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Executive Director and provide strategic guidance on HR functions. This role requires at least eight years of HR experience, emphasizing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with legislation. You will work closely with leadership to align HR practices with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic HR advice to the Executive Director

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Manage employee relations and workplace investigations

• Oversee HR policy development and benefits administration

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field

• CPHR designation is an asset

• Strong knowledge of employment standards

• Proven strategic advisory experience with leadership
