Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation

• Lead HR policy development and organizational culture initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources

• CPHR designation preferred

• Proven experience in recruitment and policy development

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
