Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all lift maintenance and repairs

• Identify and correct equipment malfunctions

• Document maintenance procedures thoroughly

• Lead training initiatives for lift operators

• Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Millwright certification

• Minimum 4–5 years in ski industry maintenance

• BC Safety Authority lift certifications

• Valid driver's license and proficient skiing ability

• Ability to interpret technical documents
