In this complex, project-term role, you will harness your experience to bridge construction activities with environmental and cultural standards. Leading multiple crews and facilitating communication among stakeholders will be key to ensure safety and compliance. Your efforts will directly contribute to sustainable project delivery while respecting Simpcw culture and heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage environmental oversight for pipeline construction projects
• Serve as the liaison between Trans Mountain and SRLLP
• Ensure implementation of environmental management plans
• Lead archaeological assessment programs with multiple crews
• Track project timelines, scope, and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Science, Archaeology, or a related discipline
• 10+ years in environmental or cultural resource management
• Experience with large infrastructure projects strongly preferred
• Proficient in engaging with Indigenous communities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license essential
