Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Chief and Council on governance matters
• Ensure organizational compliance with TteS protocols
• Manage fiscal responsibilities effectively
• Implement strategic objectives across departments
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
• MBA, CA, or similar with at least 5 years' experience
• Experience in First Nations governance and community development
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Knowledge of operational management principles
• Commitment to TteS culture and values
