Spectrum Resource Group Field Supervisor

Spectrum Resource Group is hiring a Field Supervisor specializing in industrial vegetation management. In this seasonal role, you’ll coordinate a skilled team while ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

As part of Wright Canada Holdings, this position emphasizes strong leadership and hands-on tasks in a variety of landscapes. You will supervise staff, handle critical logistics, and maintain accurate records of vegetation management activities. Your contributions will help ensure projects run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspire a team of IVM crew leads

• Complete necessary administrative duties timely

• Plan logistical operations and conduct site inspections

• Collaborate with Project Manager on safety and quality

• Provide status updates on crew productivity

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of Vegetation Management experience

• A valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s License is required

• Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred

• Possession of First Aid certification advantageous

• Ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions
