Lead a dynamic maintenance team at United Rentals as a Service Manager, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll take charge of operations, budgeting, and team performance. In this pivotal role, you will motivate and coach a team of skilled Service Technicians while working closely with the Branch Manager.
Your leadership will focus on maintaining high-quality standards and improving service metrics. Bring your expertise in service and maintenance operations to help build a profitable location and ensure optimal customer service and productivity.
Key Responsibilities Motivate and train technicians to exceed standards
Manage R&D, P&L, and budget responsibilities
Oversee parts department for customer service
Lead continuous improvement in maintenance performance
Evaluate team performance and provide training
Requirements High School diploma required; trade-school or bachelor's preferred
5 years’ service/maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory experience
Robust leadership and customer service skills
Extensive equipment maintenance experience
Basic computer skills, especially in Excel
