As a pivotal team leader, this Full-Time role involves managing cash flow, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any customer complaints. The position requires a secondary school graduation certificate alongside one to two years of relevant experience. You will lead a team of up to 15 staff members while ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and evaluate daily restaurant operations
• Balance cash, complete reports, and manage accounts
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage inventory
• Enforce health and safety compliance standards
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education
• 1-2 years of fast food management experience
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
