Become the Manager, Equipment & Assets at Dawson Construction in Kamloops, BC. You will lead comprehensive maintenance programs while managing a large fleet's budget and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on equipment strategies with construction leaders
• Direct equipment maintenance and safety operations
• Implement efficient tracking and replacement strategies
• Manage procurement and disposal of equipment assets
• Analyze costs and maintain service logs for accountability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience
• Minimum 5 years in asset management in relevant sectors
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment procedures
• Proficiency in asset management software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
