Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations of Service & Sales

• Execute efficiency initiatives in parts and service operations

• Train and guide Service technicians and supervisors

• Manage scheduling and workflow of service orders

• Collaborate effectively with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in management for service operations

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or Millwright preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills for effective team interaction

• Ability to manage budgets and develop financial targets
