As a Grade 9 Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing a team tasked with building and modifying key railway structures across a specific territory. The position demands oversight of engineering operations, safety adherence, budget management, and staff coaching. You'll also engage with derailment prevention initiatives, ensuring a culture of safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering operations for railway structure modifications

• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and CN policies

• Oversee and communicate daily production reports

• Supervise union and contractor performance

• Implement long-term maintenance strategies

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity

• Experience with safety compliance and heavy machinery

• Strong knowledge of labor relations practices

• Valid driver's license and educational credentials

• High School Diploma or GED required
