Location: Golden
Take the lead in maintaining quality standards as a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor. Earn $36.60 hourly while managing cleaning operations on-site in a dedicated team environment.
This position requires 3 years to less than 5 years of supervisory experience. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will hire and train cleaning staff, supervise their daily activities, and inspect premises to uphold cleanliness standards. Coordination with various departments is essential for establishing work schedules and addressing additional service needs. Remote work is not an option for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and train cleaning staff effectively
• Supervise cleaning operations and staff
• Inspect facilities to maintain safety and cleanliness
• Recommend services such as repairs or upgrades
• Create and manage work schedules for teams
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping
• Education level of College/CEGEP
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Must work on-site with no remote options
