Become a key player at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort as a Supervising Bike Repair Technician, ensuring exceptional service and efficient operations in our rental shop.
This essential position involves overseeing the daily functions of the Rental/Repair shop, maintaining equipment standards, and driving service excellence. Your expertise in bike repairs and enthusiasm for mountain culture will inspire staff while engaging with guests to provide personalized assistance. You'll also play a crucial role in managing inventory and leading team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily rental shop activities and repairs
• Track and manage rental fleet and inventory
• Train and mentor staff in service quality
• Fit bikes and equipment for guests accurately
• Engage in maintaining a clean retail environment
Requirements:
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Strong background in bike repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of mountain biking and related equipment
• Previous supervisory experience in retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
