In this position, you will be responsible for managing survey projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, survey crews, and internal stakeholders while contributing to the continued growth and success of a well-established geospatial services organization.
- Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Monday to Friday - Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

- Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead project planning and execution, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, safety, and risk management.
- Allocate resources effectively and oversee project team performance.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to survey crews and support staff.
- Track project progress and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support a collaborative and positive team environment while promoting professional development.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience within the surveying, geomatics, or geospatial industry.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methodologies, and industry practices.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Ability to travel to and access project sites as required.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Professional designation such as BCLS, CLS, or P.Eng. is considered an asset but is not required.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and leadership capability.
