As a Mine Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead various maintenance areas, including shops for electrical and gas equipment. This position features a challenging 4x4 shift schedule. Your primary goal is to enhance equipment reliability while supporting team development through effective supervision and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of work and long-range schedules

• Supervise adherence to preventative maintenance protocols

• Collect data to identify and solve scheduling challenges

• Recommend training opportunities for skilled labor

• Maintain detailed repair histories for compliance

Requirements:

• Journeyperson's ticket or engineering degree preferred

• Minimum one year in a supervisory or leadership role

• Experience in maintenance execution and scheduling

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong accountability and issue resolution skills
