Shelter Manager

Position: Full-Time Shelter Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement solutions for staff and guest issues

• Conduct meetings and improve team communication

• Oversee HR functions and training protocols

• Organize monthly support meetings with employees

• Prepare and submit reports to the Director of Shelters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field

• Minimum 2 years in mental health or homelessness

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledgeable in strategic planning and program evaluation

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
