This position requires a proactive leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing civil construction projects. You will partner with various stakeholders to determine project scopes and integrate safety practices throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from pre-construction planning to close-out
• Partner with stakeholders to define deliverables and timelines
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead teams in compliance with safety practices
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management
• Experience with various project types including earthworks
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects
• Strong skills in budgeting and financial management
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
