Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily operations with the Bistro Manager
• Prioritize tasks and responsibilities for the team
• Coach team members on customer engagement
• Lead training sessions for product knowledge
• Promote a supportive and positive work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Food Safe Certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in food service or retail is beneficial
• Ability to motivate and lead by example
