Secure a critical role as a Rental Supervisor, managing on-site teams and enhancing operational efficiency. Your background in sales and supervision will be instrumental in this dynamic environment.
As the Rental Supervisor, you will work with 5-10 associates, guiding them in their daily tasks and ensuring optimal customer service. Your 2-3 years of hands-on experience will help in resolving issues promptly and coordinating effective merchandising efforts. This role involves a significant amount of multitasking and organizational skills to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order merchandise and organize inventory efficiently
• Supervise and assign tasks to rental service staff
• Prepare sales volume reports and resolve customer issues
• Manage cash and maintain logging of repairs
• Plan and organize daily operational activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Secondary school graduation certification
• Familiarity with iOS technology
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
