Key Responsibilities:
• Shape the strategic direction of KCBIA
• Manage effective delivery of programs and services
• Advocate for downtown business interests
• Engage in municipal planning and redevelopment
• Build partnerships with local stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar field
• Over 8 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in the non-profit sector preferred
• Familiarity with municipal planning initiatives
• Proven stakeholder engagement success
