As a Service Manager, your main objective will be to coach and motivate technicians toward excellence. You will take charge of critical tasks such as managing budgets and overseeing the service department. Your hands-on leadership will ensure a profitable branch and high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and train technicians to exceed company standards
• Manage R&D, P&L, and budgetary functions
• Oversee parts department operations for customer needs
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance services
• Assess team performance and provide essential training
Requirements:
• High School diploma is mandatory; trade-school or bachelor’s preferred
• Minimum 5 years of service/maintenance experience required
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience necessary
• Strong leadership with solid customer service skills
• Basic skills in Excel and computer proficiency
