As a full-time supervisor, you will directly impact the efficiency of maintenance operations while working closely with the Senior Supervisor. Your leadership will foster a compliant environment, emphasizing employee performance and preventative maintenance. With your planning skills, you’ll ensure that all operations run smoothly and are adequately staffed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold safety and environmental compliance standards

• Develop and manage daily maintenance work schedules

• Collaborate on approving resource needs and overtime

• Analyze challenges affecting job completion timelines

• Mentor staff and oversee their performance improvements

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson's certificate or technical diploma

• One year of supervisory experience required

• Skills in maintenance scheduling and planning

• Effective leadership capabilities

• Strong digital proficiency, especially in MS Office
