Position: Lead Traffic Control Supervisor Role
Join ATS Traffic as a Lead Traffic Control Supervisor to manage critical traffic control operations. This full-time role combines leadership, safety, and project management skills for success in the field.

As the Lead Supervisor, you will ensure effective resource deployment and team performance while maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Your experience in traffic operations will be vital for coaching team members and enhancing project productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model ATS Corporate Vision and DOTS Principles

• Manage performance for TCPs and LCTs within corporate policies

• Ensure comprehensive training and certification of staff

• Oversee daily traffic control schedules and mobilization of crews

• Monitor equipment and inventory for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years in the Traffic/Transportation industry

• Valid Class 5 Non-GDL Drivers License

• Required Traffic Control certification

• Familiarity with British Columbia TMM and TMP guidelines

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams
