As a Supervisor in Golden, British Columbia, you will manage a team focused on inspections, repairs, and maintenance of locomotives and equipment. Promote a strong safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate teams responsible for regular maintenance and inspections

• Ensure compliance with AAR and CPKC policies

• Enhance collaboration with internal and external partners

• Lead discussions to foster safety culture

• Mentor team members through constructive feedback

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Valid driver's license is a must

• Preferred 2 years supervisory experience in operations

• Must be able to work in diverse weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
