Position: Kamloops Safety and Security Leadership Role
Take charge of safety and security at Armstrong Collective as the Manager in Kamloops. Enhance safety operations by implementing necessary compliance measures and fostering a strong culture.

As a pivotal player, you will manage the Safety team and oversee safety programs that comply with regulatory standards. Your leadership will facilitate continuous learning and collaborative relationships across operations. You will drive initiatives that prioritize safety and operational efficiency, ensuring effective risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead Safety team members for optimal performance

• Ensure effective communication of safety practices

• Manage regulatory reporting and audits related to safety

• Lead training efforts on safety protocols and preparedness

• Partner with various teams to enhance safety culture

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

• Demonstrated ability in safety management and compliance

• Strong investigative and analytical skills

• Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices

• Valid Driver’s License for potential travel
