Position: Program Coordinator for CLS Programs
Join Interior Community Services as a Program Coordinator in Kamloops, BC. Lead community living services and nurture a culture of teamwork and support for individuals with diverse abilities.

This role requires at least two years of relevant experience and a compassionate approach to leadership. You will guide the day-to-day operations of CLS while recruiting, coaching, and developing a strong program team. Knowing community resources and compliance will be essential to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations of assigned CLS programs on a daily basis

• Recruit and onboard new staff members

• Ensure quality service delivery and compliance standards

• Collaborate with families and community partners

• Handle after-hours on-call responsibilities

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in a social service field preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field

• At least 1 year of supervision experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• TB clearance and successful Criminal Record Check
