Active Care Full-Time Program Manager

Lead and innovate as a Full-Time Program Manager with Active Care Youth and Adults Services in Kamloops, BC. Focus on trauma-informed care and manage residential services for diverse populations.

Reporting to the Program Director, this permanent position emphasizes a person-centered approach in managing all aspects of youth and adult residential homes. You will actively coordinate with care teams and ensure effective communication while upholding the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments and revise care plans

• Facilitate staff training and meetings

• Review critical incidents for safety improvements

• Oversee medication management and compliance

• Encourage strong relationships among stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma in human services;
Bachelor’s preferred

• Three years in human services focusing on trauma-informed care

• One year leadership experience required

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
