The Family Service Manager will play a critical role in overseeing programs funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development, while guiding a team of professionals. You will be responsible for budgeting, staff evaluations, and ensuring that the services meet the cultural needs of Indigenous families. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise a dedicated team of up to 15
• Handle program contracts with compliance and oversight
• Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluations
• Participate in strategic planning and goal monitoring
• Manage departmental budgets with accuracy
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services, Social Services, or related field
• 7–10 years in Indigenous service delivery
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with Indigenous legislative frameworks
• Valid driver's license required
Lead and inspire through culturally sensitive services that uplift Indigenous communities.
