Pursuit is hiring for seasonal Line Cook positions with both full-time and part-time schedules available until October 15, 2026. You will prepare and cook menu items in a food truck environment, maintaining exceptional food quality. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook high-quality menu offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food truck
• Support food prep and inventory management
• Follow all food safety procedures diligently

Requirements:
• Kitchen or fast food experience is advantageous
• Reliable and positive demeanor required
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Comfortable in a small or compact cooking area
• Food Safe certification preferred
