Sous Chef

Location: Revelstoke

Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure consistent quality, and inspire a team of chefs in creating outstanding dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations.

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.

Lead and mentor a team of chefs, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering supplies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role in a professional kitchen.

Proven experience cooking Mediterranean and/or Italian cuisine.

Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.

Employment Details

Full-time, permanent position

Wage: $25.89/ hour

Hours:

32-40 per week
