Restaurant Bartender

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Restaurant Bartender to join our dynamic crew. • Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing of all drinks served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, equipment, and ingredients.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food and beverage handling and Serving it Right compliance.
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as setting up for events or helping with kitchen tasks.

• Serving It Right (or ability to obtain within a specified period).
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems commonly used in restaurants is an asset.
• Knowledge of local cannabis regulations if working in a region where cannabis is legal.
• Familiarity with beer, wine, and cocktail varieties.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for handling glasses, bottles, and bar equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (e.g., cases of alcohol, ice).

Part-time schedule with flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including peak dinner service hours and special events.
