No insurance experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.

As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you’ll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This results‑focused role is ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
• Support the branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $48,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and the specific position’s business line and scope.
