In this position, you will be responsible for generating new accounts and managing an existing customer base. You will spend up to 55% of your time nurturing current relationships while generating new leads — aiming for at least 30% of your time dedicated to new business development. Your understanding of account profitability and market strengths will be essential in maximizing both sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads and accounts within your territory
• Manage current customer relationships effectively
• Analyze account profitability and develop enhancement strategies
• Maintain territory records in the CRM system
• Prepare necessary customer proposals and reports
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• 3-5 years of related experience needed
• Post Secondary courses in Sales/Marketing are an asset
• Product knowledge or industry experience preferred
• Must be fit for duty and able to complete all tasks
