Drive customer satisfaction as a Sales Associate in Print & Services. Utilize our sales model to offer tailored solutions while engaging with customers and handling transactions.
This position requires strong customer service skills and teamwork, as you will engage with customers and ensure their needs are met. You will also manage transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system, handle print order intake, and maintain standards in print and cash areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers to sell tailored products and services
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Handle customer order intake and pickups efficiently
• Stock machines with necessary supplies and materials
• Maintain merchandising and signage in print areas
Requirements:
• 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
