Outside Sales Mining Support

Position: Outside Sales Mining Support at Wajax
Transform customer interactions as an Outside Sales Mining Support Representative with Wajax. Build strong client relations while addressing product needs in the mining sector.

You will play a key role in the sales process by acting as the primary contact for designated accounts. Building relationships and obtaining product knowledge will help you provide excellent service to mining clients. This role requires prior sales experience along with the ability to resolve issues timely and effectively while identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth understanding of customer applications

• Conduct sales calls to client mine sites

• Collaborate with manufacturers for order status updates

• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

• Meet sales targets as defined on a monthly/annual basis

Requirements:

Education:

College diploma or related certification

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales

• Valid driver’s license is required

• Knowledge of heavy machinery preferred

• Understanding of IMPACT selling process is a plus
