Join Canadian Timber Frames as a Head Office Sales Representative, where you will be at the forefront of developing new business and fostering customer loyalty in timber frame construction. Achieve sales targets through exceptional service and industry knowledge.
In this role, you will establish and nurture business relationships while strategically implementing sales objectives each month. Monitor your sales performance against those goals and proactively seek new business partnerships through outreach and market research. Work closely with the President to define strategies and enhance your managerial and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain business relationships within the assigned territory
• Set and achieve realistic monthly sales objectives
• Analyze market potential and customer value
• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams
• Develop compelling value propositions against competitors
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years industry-specific sales experience
• Proven success in exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of Timber Frame products
• Willingness to travel for business needs
