In this role, you will utilize your 4-5 years of sales experience to build strong business relationships and identify new opportunities within existing customer bases. Your knowledge in inside sales processes will empower you to meet and exceed key performance objectives while providing invaluable insights to management on industry trends and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by meeting volume and profitability goals
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships for account growth
• Own and develop leads from marketing campaigns
• Maintain awareness of competitive pricing and product knowledge
• Provide mentorship to other ISR team members
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's preferred
• Expertise in Sales Administration with 4-5 years of experience
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Capable of independent problem-solving and decision-making
