Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage consultative sales processes for informed decisions
• Drive occupancy and exceed sales targets consistently
• Manage phone inquiries; convert to personal visits
• Conduct personal visits; secure lease signings
• Track sales activities in CRM to analyze trends
Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales and closing transactions
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
• Networking abilities and local community knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed
