Chartwell Retirement Residence seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant passionate about enhancing seniors' lives in Kamloops, BC. This full-time role is perfect for those with a proactive sales approach and exceptional customer service skills.

As a key sales ambassador, you will guide families through retirement residence options using Chartwell's consultative process. Your responsibilities will include driving occupancy growth, managing inquiries, and fostering relationships with the local healthcare community. Additionally, you’ll organize marketing plans and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize consultative sales methods to support decisions

• Increase occupancy and meet sales goals regularly

• Handle phone inquiries and convert them into visits

• Conduct personal tours and complete lease signings

• Monitor sales in CRM and identify market trends

Requirements:

• Experience in sales with strong closure rates

• Excellent empathetic customer service skills

• Ability to network and work within communities

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access

• Willingness to work flexible hours
