Auto Insurance Trainee – HUB International

We are looking for an energetic, goal‑driven individual to join our team as an Auto Insurance Trainee. This role focuses on driving business success by selling insurance solutions, meeting performance targets, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.
• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics.
• Support the branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.

• Level1 Insurance License is an asset but not required.

Salary range: $40,000 to $45,000, depending on skills, experience, and location. HUB International offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, bonuses, and commissions for some positions.

Full training will be provided to help you earn the Level1 General Insurance License within the first
30days of employment.
