, their Fire Alarm team delivers trusted life-safety solutions to commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, education, mining, forestry, and multi-residential customers
. They are looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager - Fire Alarm Services who can build trust quickly, grow customer partnerships, and expand both project and recurring service business across the region.
- Hit the ground running, developing new business through referrals, networking, tender platforms, and industry relationships
- Build strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for inspections, monitoring, preventative maintenance, recurring service agreements, deficiency repairs, system upgrades, retrofits, and modernization projects
- Present solutions confidently to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- Participate in manufacturer training, certifications, trade shows, and industry events while staying current on market trends and competitor activity

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fire alarm, security, building systems, electrical, or technical sales environments.
- Proven ability to hit the ground running, develop new business quickly, and grow existing customer relationships
- Experience or familiarity with fire alarm systems, inspections, monitoring, and life safety services
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer operations and recommend practical solutions
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented in a fast-moving sales environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Regular travel throughout Kamloops, the Thompson-Okanagan region, Prince George, Williams Lake, and surrounding BC areas.
