As part of SLR’s Ecology and Biodiversity team, you will assume comprehensive project management responsibilities. This role demands you to navigate various regulatory frameworks while providing mentorship to junior staff and collaborating with clients and stakeholders. Your contributions will ensure projects are compliant and grounded in scientific integrity, focusing on surface water quality and ecosystem studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project leadership and lifecycle management

• Direct aquatic field programs, including sampling and studies

• Analyze data and prepare technical documentation

• Assure compliance with environmental regulations

• Mentor junior staff and enhance field operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Ecology;
Master’s preferred

• 7 to 10+ years of ecological experience with consulting

• RPBio registration or eligibility

• Excellent technical report writing and researching skills

• Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement
