Position: Join Highland Valley Copper as a Logging Geologist
Location: Logan Lake

Take on the Logging Geologist role at Highland Valley Copper and support key geological initiatives in Logan Lake, BC. This temporary full-time position involves hands-on core logging and data responsibilities within a well-established mining operation.

In this role, you will work closely under the guidance of the Senior Geologist, focusing on the accurate gathering of drill core data. Your insights will feed into larger geological models, while your interpersonal and communication skills will support an effective and organized team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion safety leadership and maintain core facility standards

• Accurately log drill cores and related geochemical data

• Verify geotechnical data for quality assurance

• Collaborate with the team on drill hole communications

• Contribute to geological modeling updates in Leapfrog

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a relevant field

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the mining sector

• Registration eligibility with EGBC as GIT or P.Geo

• Proficient with geological software applications

• Possession of a valid driver's license
